Panchse area is located just adjacent to the Pokhara Valley with several trekking options from Pokhara city to the Panchase Peak (2517m) . It provides an exotic natural beauty and diverse culture , linking to the popular Annapuran Areas , can have the basic amenities like food , accommodation and communication facilities with traditional hospitality from the local people. Extra permits and TIMS are not required to trek in Panchase Area . 

Major Attractions : 

Panchase Peak (2517m) : a day hike away , this is the highest point in this area . Mt Dhulagiri , Annapurans , Hiunchuli , Fishtail , Lamajung Himal , Manaslu are the mojor peaks we can see from there . Sunrise and sunset views from the top are spectacular and heavenly . 

When to visit : Panchase can be visited throughout the year . September - April are the best months for a clear view of mountains . January is suitable to experience snow . For flowers and orchid lovers June to July while April to May is the best time for Rhododendron .

01                  Drive to Damside and start trekking and reach upto Peace Pagoda , lunch and continue till                             Bhumdi village , night in a local house . Toal 5hrs 

02                  Trek Bhumdi - Panchase Bhanjyang ( 5hrs ) . Night in the lodge

03                  Early morning walk upto Panchase Peak for sunrise , back to the lodge for breakfast . and                             walk down to Bhadaure Bhanjyang . Night in the lodge. ( 4hrs )

04                  Walk upto Thulakhel (3hrs ) and drive back to Pokhara.

Une formation unique en son genre aussi bien par la diversité de ses enseignements que par son aspect de voyage initiatique. Elle est composé de quatre traditions de Yoga, chacune comporte des séries de mouvements et positions, des pranayamas, des méditations et enseignements qui lui sont propre. Lors de ce voyage au profondeur de l`Inde et de nous même,trois traditions seront abordées avec le Yoga des Siddhas et des Rishis de l’Inde - le Yoga de l’ermite Bouddhiste et le Tao Yoga des immortels Taoïstes . La quatrième tradition, le Yoga et Tantra des Yogis Maha- Siddhas du Tibet et du Népal sera introduite au prochain niveau avancé

– Pour tous ceux qui ont le souhait d’enseigner, 5 jours d’enseignement supplémentaire seront consacré à la révision et aux techniques d’enseignement, suivi de l’évaluation finale et la remise de diplôme. Les frais de

ces 5 jours ne sont pas inclus dans la formation de 30 jours en Inde. Ils pourront se faire en Inde, France ou au Québec.

Un voyage initiatique, une retraite enseignement ouvert à tous. il est aussi possible de faire seulement la partie Inde du Sud de 21 jours

WELCOME IN NEPAL , BIENVENU AU NEPAL

Le Népal est un pays où il ya près de 60% des touristes reviennent. Bien sûr, la raison en est, c'est un pays où il ya des possibilites de faire plusieurs activités telles que des visites culturelles, randonnées avec de nombreuses options, expéditions, VTT et tour de moto, rafting, Junle safari. Et, les Népalais ont sourires naturels, ils accueillir leurs invités avec des fleurs quand ils arrivent à Katmandou. C'est un pays qui a une telle culture unique. Flower est largement utilisé au Népal pour offrir dans les temples aussi.

De même, après leur visite au Népal, nous leur offrons une écharpe blanche »khata» utilisé dans la culture bouddhiste, symbole de chance et de l'amitié pure.

Flower is extensively used in Nepal for offering in the temples too. 

Likewise , after their visite in Nepal , we offer them 'Khata' white scarf used in buddhist culture , symbol of good luck and pure friendship .

Yak Cheese in Nepal .

Nepal is well known mountainous country in the world . Nearly , 17% of land is covered with snow permanently or temporarily . There is huge cultural and natural diversity . 

In the Himalayan Region , Yak is very strong animal , lives in high altitude nearly above 3000m . Yak is useful for various purpose like for meat , wool , milk and portage . 

Yak Cheese is produced in various part of Nepal . And out of it Langtang is well known for this . There are cheese production centers in Kyanjing Gompa , Sing Gompa , Pike Peak etc . 

During my last visit in Pike Peak , I met a man who spent nearly 30 years in this cheese production process. He has got many stories to tell , explain and transfer .

Shaman Festival in Timal

Timal is a well known Tamang Village in Kavre District , around 80km from Kathmandu . There is good ( around 50kms ) blacked topped road till Bhakunde Besi then we have to drive on rough graveled road . We pass by several villages , agricultural fields . On the way , there are some tea shops . We can see long range of Himalays along the road .

Every year , on the occassion of Jani Purnima festival ( full moon of August ) , hundreds of Shamans and local people come there to celebrate this festival in a local Narayan Temple.

We went there by our own vehicle but as per local people , there is also regular public transportation from Dhulikhel. We met our friends who were in exploration team for Timal - Mahabharat trek . There trek has very much potentiality as this is very close to Kathmandu valley and the operation cost is not much high.

Timal- Mahabharat trek starts from Panauti and ends at Khopasi ( well know newar village in Kathmandu Valley ) . It is a round trip.  Apsara treks also organizes this trek . The itinerary will be from 7 to 10 days and in tents.

Taan Eco Challenge 2013

TAAN ( Trekking Agencies' Association of Nepal ) est un seule association des tous agent de trek . Taan organize plusieur evenement pour le developpement du tourisme surtout Trekking et des Expeditions. Le Nepal a 4 saison donc Juin , Juillet , Aout sont des mois de mousson , pas trop d'activite ,  il y a moin de trek surtout dans les regions classique . Parcontre, a l'autre cote de Himalaya , Dolpo , Mustang etc  il n'y a pas de mousson . Donc , il y a toujours des possibilites de faire des trek .  Taan a developpe un slogan ' Nepal for All Seasons ' , ' Nepal pour toute les saisons ' . Des cette annee , TAAN ( je suis le membre de bureau et Apsara treks est un membre actif ) a commence un activite qui s'appelle  ' Taan Eco Challenge ' qui est  termine le 17 Aout . Il y aura cette competition tous les ans le 17 Aout . Il faut 4 perticipants pour cette competition et il y a 6.5km de course a pied , 14.5 km de VTT et 7.5 km de Rafting , en tout 28.5km .

Cette annee , il y a eu 21 groups , compris un group d'Anglais .  ' Single Track Group " etait le premier arrive dans le comptition et ils ont termine en 2h45 minute et  gagne  1000 euros .

Le course et VTT est dans le parck de Shivapuri - Nagarjuna National park et rafting dans le Bagmati , une rivier sacre de la vallee de Kathmandu .

De l'annee prochaine , 2014 ,

on espere d'avoir plus de group de d'autre pays que du Nepal .

Namtso and Everest Base Camp in Tibet

Tibet is becoming popular destination for those travelers who seek adventure as well as culture . I traveled several times in Tibet specially central part of Tibet like , Lhasa , Ganden Monastery , Namtso Lake , Reting Nunnery , Phuntsholing Monastery  , Shakya Monastery ,

Everest base camp and back to Kathmandu by land.
